JITRO, meaning daybreak or morning in Czech, is an all-girls choir from Hradec Kralove, in the Czech Republic. Made up of girls ages 5-17, JITRO is considered to be one of the best children’s choirs in the world.

“Church Basement Ladies”

A musical comedy, set in a rural Minnesota church in 1964, honors the ladies who serve in the kitchen in the church basement. It was inspired by “Growing Up Lutheran” by Janet Letnes Martin and Suzann Nelson.

“Coppélia” tells the story of the spunky heroine, Swanilda, and her love, Franz, who falls for Coppélia, the lifelike mechanical doll created by the mysterious Dr. Coppélius. Windup dolls whirl out of control and love triumphs as Swanilda, with the help of the village, wins back a captured Franz and outwits Dr. Coppélius. The entire family will enjoy the sparkling dance and music of this 135 year-old world-popular ballet.
